We had a complex multifaceted job, including pigeon nets under our solar panels, pointing, interior decorating of hall, landing, stairs and up to the loft room. This involved installing two new radiators, electrical work, restoring a century old sliding door and installing a flu from our downstairs cloakroom up through the roof. Alan’s team had all the relevant craftsmen, all of whom did excellent work. All were polite, skilled and keen to make sure we were happy with their work, often suggesting solutions that had eluded us. A complete bathroom transformation in Sevenoaks 🛁✨

This project involved a full bathroom renovation, including complete re-plumbing and a combination of large-format and mosaic tiling to create a clean, modern finish.

We also built bespoke storage cupboards above the concealed cistern toilet, making the most of the available space while keeping everything sleek and streamlined. To finish it off, we installed custom LED strip lighting around the mirrored cupboard to highlight the mosaic tiling, along with additional LED lighting above the towel rail to create a warm, ambient feel.

A fully bespoke bathroom designed around both style and functionality. 👌

This flat roof had developed leaks after the existing 12-year-old solar installation had been bolted directly through the roof, compromising the waterproofing. You can also see in photo #5 that the previous installer had screwed panels in rather than using MCS-certified clips.

We carefully removed the existing 250w panels and mounting system, allowing the roofers to repair and re-insulate the roof before we returned to install a brand-new ballasted solar system.

The new system uses high-performance 465W SolarWatt panels, backed by a 30-year warranty, mounted on a K2 flat roof mounting system. The ballasted design means there was no need to penetrate the newly waterproofed roof, helping to protect it for years to come.

Due to the property being five storeys high, all of the panels and materials were safely lifted to the roof using our electric hoist before installation. ⚡️☀️

This project involved installing a custom-made 3m × 2m triple-glazed skylight with solar grey glass to maximise natural light while helping to reduce solar heat gain. Due to its size and weight, the installation was completed with the use of a crane, allowing us to position the skylight safely and accurately. The finished result completely transforms the space below, flooding it with natural light while maintaining a sleek, modern appearance.

This property had severely rotting sash windows and timber fascias, so we carefully removed all damaged wood, repaired and replaced where needed, then filled, and redecorated. Alongside this, we recast the damaged concrete sills, and finished by decorating the conservatory, exterior woodwork, windows, and doors to bring everything back to life.

We removed the internal walls to open up the kitchen and dining room, creating a much larger, free-flowing space perfect for family life and entertaining.

The project included the installation of RSJs, a full rewire, new radiators, ceiling lighting and under-cupboard lighting, before finishing it off with a brand-new kitchen complete with beautiful worktops.

A complete transformation that has completely changed the way this family uses the space. 👌
